Clint Eastwood Files Lawsuits Against CBD Firms Over False Endorsements

LOS ANGELES – SEP 19: Clint Eastwood at the “Trouble With The Curve” Los Angeles Premiere at Village Theater on September 19, 2012 in Westwood, CA

90-year-old Hollywood star, Clint Eastwood, has filed two lawsuits against several companies to have falsely used his name and image on CBD-based products. The allegations further say that these companies spread false articles, stating that Eastwood is leaving the film industry to focus on a CBD business. The second lawsuit alleges that illegal program coding has been used to insert his name on some online searches for CBD products.

Eastwood’s lawyer, Jordan Susman, mentioned, “My client is not one to sit idly by as the defendants use his good name to dupe customers into purchasing products with which he has no affiliation.”
